Pros
Cute patients and some staff
Cons
Where to start... The biggest issue - communication. There is practically no interaction or consistency between HQ and clinic staff. People at HQ will be told one thing, and clinic another. There was no cohesion and would result in mistakes and frustration for both sides. Management strives to continue to open up new clinics and expand, while their previous clinics are understaffed and often times do not have the necessary equipment to make it a viable practice. We get it, you want to make more money, but what about the vets, techs & assistants that have to work in a half-baked clinic & always with overtime? There were a lot of promises made in the interview that were not held up, (such as getting out "on time" every night). Bond promotes its support for mental health, which I think it started with this intention, but it is very evident that its become all about the $. Culture sucked when I joined the company and has only gotten worse, becoming more and more cliquey and toxic.
