Pros

Free weekend lunch when the account wasn't disabled. Trauma bonded to a few well educated and skilled professionals.

Cons

How does one start to describe the biggest disappointment of their professional career? I, as most others, signed my contract with Bond based on the facade of the new vet med they were creating. Quickly, we learned how much the recruiters either had no idea what was happening in the clinics or they truly had found masterful sales people. 10 hours days commonly turned into 11, 12, plus, having cleaning staff turned into if you can meet these production goals for the company we could have them, having safe patient to staff ratios turned into "This is the best we can do, sort out your burnout", having any sort of competent and available leadership turned into waiting for "the powers that be" to emerge from behind their lap tops screens.

Pros

The best part about working here is definitely the people and the culture. Management really invests in your growth with great learning opportunities and hands-on CE.

Cons

Because the team is small, everyone is super accessible and response times are quick—but actual backend action and implementation can feel depressingly slow.

Pros

There were pros when I initially started but those went away once they pulled the guy from City MD.

Cons

ZERO communication of any sort. Zero planning. Zero idea on how to properly run a business. No support from marketing, senior leadership team that feels like they make decisions in the moment without a thought of how this will affect the staff. Closed an entire travel department down without thinking that the clinic staff would need training. They just closed an entire clinic with zero warning. Zero notice. Not a word. Staff? Who thinks about them....
