Great clinic level teams with strong medical and patient care. Great Clinic Managers and doctors across the clinic level teams.
Cons
The strategic decisions and high-level (VP) hiring has created an ongoing erosion of the culture and passion that the company was built on. Decisions are centrally made without input from the clinic level teams or concern for impact. There is a lack of genuine empathy and concern for their employees that permeates high-level decision-making. This is resulting in talent drain and impacting the field level teams in a very negative way. The company has lost it's way and seems to be accelerating in the wrong direction. Aggressive action will be needed to get this train back on the right tracks.
