Cons
Management is discriminatory, very clique-y, will harrass you, and you should expect to be threatened ON company time, and then those same people will be promoted because they are friends. They will make you work at multiple clinics and if you decline then your schedule will be changed last minute with zero notice or they decide to "pull contracts" and force you to go, while telling HQ/other clinics that you're late... They stopped offering the perks that initially get you in too, no snacks, no ubers to other clinics, or bonusly points for being sent somewhere else at the drop of a dime. Make sure you document everything because they will lie and try to push those they don't like out.
