I just remembered how terrible this job was and decided to leave a review to warn other people. Our manager was never there. Our doctor and nurses were clearly overworked and underpaid, which resulted in them being rude to me. All of the staff had Stockholm syndrome with Bond Vet and gaslit me when I complained about the clearly unstable work environment. Everything was always broken and never getting fixed. I had the doctor and a couple nurses snap at me on occasion which was super weird and inappropriate because frankly, we are coworkers and I don’t know you. There was 0 structure or management, so any issues I needed addressed.. there wasn’t anyone in clinic to help. I got locked in the bathroom multiple times because our doorknob kept falling off. It was like that for months. The heat broke and I was cold in the front for weeks because my manager wasn’t fixing it. My coworkers were miserable and unpleasant to be around. I was the care coordinator but somehow ended up cleaning animal excretions on multiple occasions. I didn’t mind but that just shows how dysfunctional this workplace was. It was super corporate and plastic too, like they were so worried about the marketing while the actual workplace was a dumpster fire.
