Pros

Paycheck, benefits, fully remote, coworkers trying to make the best of the environment.

Cons

One star accountability. Highly suggest reading the stay away review. Some simple takeaways from my time there. The “North Star” changes every 6 weeks. More clients waiting to leave when their contract is up than any other company I’ve worked for. My department burned through 3 AEs 6 months into this year. 4 AEs if you go back 9 months. All of us left. As general statement - out of touch with reality on many levels. Whatever PE group that buys Bonterra is in for a treat.

Pros

As a person, I felt well taken care of by my management chain. We were encouraged to explore and be vocal and I never felt micromanaged.

Cons

- Questionable payment structure for ICs (no bonus plan) - Leadership doesn't do much of anything but takes all of the credit while the rest of us get laid off - Like most companies run out of Austin, it's a cash grab at the top while ICs do all of the work with little direction
