Lack of management support amidst frequent layoffs - Software Engineer Bonterra Employee Review

Good entry level position, fully remote

Limited coaching hours, difficult to reach out for help.

As a person, I felt well taken care of by my management chain. We were encouraged to explore and be vocal and I never felt micromanaged.

- Questionable payment structure for ICs (no bonus plan) - Leadership doesn't do much of anything but takes all of the credit while the rest of us get laid off - Like most companies run out of Austin, it's a cash grab at the top while ICs do all of the work with little direction
