Some of the best people I have ever worked with on the lower level. Your peers will always help. The software does do good in the world.
Cons
The ELT is absolutely horrible. It's a very white-led company. The claim they are diverse but if you see the most up to date linkedin 'dinner post' it is the most non-diverse ELT of all time. This comes after a layoff of 10% of its workforce. Seems like a great use of cost cutting measures. They have not reached out to us the 10% about help with things they said they were going to help with. I have not received my w2 for 2022. There is a fundamental disconnect on what is good for the workers and what is good for the stake-holders. Training employees on best practices is an endless loop of change. Processes are never adopted to the point where they can have repetitive implementations. People are scared after the disrespectful way that the layoffs happened. One minute your working next your laid off. They work you to the bone just to lay you off.
