You'll have fantastic training and leadership.

Cons

So I do love this job, and I am getting better, but the problem is they're raising quota so fast, so often, and firing people left and right for not meeting it. I'm not PIP'd yet but it's only a matter of time. I feel like I'm drowning, and whenever I'm about to finally go through the water to get a breath of air, it rains and adds another 10 feet of water (quota).
