Pros

Remote work Pay is decent Feels good to help NPO’s

Cons

Our new CEO and his gang of white men absolutely destroyed what once was. He came in, brought all his buddies from his previous company & wreaked havoc. There are almost no POC in Leadership & barely any women. Consistently doing layoffs but now instead of company wide layoffs, they’re just going team by team and cutting people out. By what merit? Who knows. It’s really sad considering how great this place used to be. There is no stability and no upward mobility here

Pros

As a person, I felt well taken care of by my management chain. We were encouraged to explore and be vocal and I never felt micromanaged.

Cons

- Questionable payment structure for ICs (no bonus plan) - Leadership doesn't do much of anything but takes all of the credit while the rest of us get laid off - Like most companies run out of Austin, it's a cash grab at the top while ICs do all of the work with little direction
