-Layoffs each week. -No transparency with senior leadership. -You'll get told the company is doing great, making the changes that need to be made, and doing so much better than before. But if you read between the lines on these meetings, there's major concern about the financial stability and future of this company, still one year later, they tried to hide. -Many of the senior leadership was brought on by the current CEO after he kicked out the leaders who had been there.
