Pros

You won't find any in leadership roles, but there are still some wonderful folks who work here. Unfortunately, as an individual contributor, you won't be valued at Bonterra. Those who are desperately holding onto their jobs won't have the time or resources to allocate to helping you. However, if you enjoy being gaslit by tiny white men in puffy vests and the thrill of working in a quota-carrying role without knowing what that quota is until well into the quarter, you'll love it here.

Cons

Quiet layoffs are one thing, but the lack of transparency extends well beyond employees. I suspect the two private equity firms that own Bonterra are unaware that the newly installed C-level employees have single-handedly lost the company's largest accounts. Pros

As a person, I felt well taken care of by my management chain. We were encouraged to explore and be vocal and I never felt micromanaged.

Cons

- Questionable payment structure for ICs (no bonus plan) - Leadership doesn't do much of anything but takes all of the credit while the rest of us get laid off - Like most companies run out of Austin, it's a cash grab at the top while ICs do all of the work with little direction
