Pros

Fast paced, great opportunities to speak with people. Customers are usually great. Higher up management is usually good to deal with.

Cons

In store management can be horrible. Peddling their "side hustle" MLMs to employees and encouraging them to join, and favoring employees that do join.

Pros

Entertaining, great employee discount, wide variety of products keeps it interesting and everyday was exciting.

Cons

“Spiffs” (commission) were not great, and for the number of hours worked and responsibilities I took on, I didn’t always feel fairly compensated. Because of the volume of product moved at this store, customer relationships and quality service was not always the top priority of management.
