Pros
Easy job once you get the hang of it. Decent pay and company is constantly expanding. You also don't really get any of the bad retail shoppers as the store markets towards a certain demographic of hard working folks who have money and values. You get customers of all races but they are always quality people so you never have to deal with a lot of the bad side of retail customers.
Cons
Company structure is different from Big Box retailers. The store managers typically have very limited authority in the store. The District Manager is basically the final authority on everything. District Managers way too hands on and micro managing aspects of each stores day to day ops. Staffs skew heavy towards women so if you are a man, it can be difficult dealing with the drama and workload. Terrible schedule, and the scheduling process leaves in the dark week to week more than not.
