Pros
The pros of Borton & Petrini are too good to be true. The pay could be considered sufficient, categorically making the wages a pro, if you live below your means or have another job.
Cons
Borton & Petrini contains a plethora of cons that exhibit they're just another toxic law firm. To summarize, they will waste your time and they will waste your potential to do great things for their firm.
The hiring process was inconsistent because of their inability to maintain communication. Once hired, I was provided the experience of being fired the first day. The trainer had let me know within that first and only day that they had hired an employee that I would be extensively working with, and made it a point that this person had no experience yet the hiring managers “took a chance”. The mention of this and then being instantaneously ripped from what was seemingly a good opportunity was toxic. Their judgment is considerably tainted with the notion they could measure my ability, knowledge, and experience within 6 hours of training.
You can have the right college degree, the correct certification, and professional knowledge of their legal specialties, and they will disregard you.
