Pros
Good benefits and pension plan. When Dr Bose was at the helm it was an awesome place to work. It was run by the founders and beholding to no one.
Cons
Recent reorganization and move toward outsourcing manufacturing by exec management is a big mistake. Many are all past employees of public companies and are now trying to run Bose that way. This was tried once before and failed miserably. People are supposed to learn from their mistakes. Current management either doesn't know or didn't learn from the past. It used to be a fun place to work. Not anymore.
