good pay, nice offices, friendly staff

Cons

Company is not profitable, unsure how much longer the VC money can hold the company up. Not for you if you value job security. CEO doesn't appear experienced and relies on a very large leadership team who are ok. Company is very disjointed currently with lots of people being let go and lots of people leaving, also new senior leaders shaking everything up in an attempt to become profitable. The SDS role is transitioning into a customer service role, so if you are an SEO joining in that capacity be careful as you may be answering in app support messages all day and not doing any SEO. "it's a bold strategy cotton, lets see if it pays off for him"
