Toxic environment with lack of support and appreciation - Billing Bottomline Employee Review

One of the worst companies to work for, especially the finance department. The work culture is extremely toxic, and both the management and billing team leads make the environment mentally exhausting. Team lead never truly support employees and only listen to upper management. The India Director openly promotes a “work over family” mindset, which says a lot about the culture. No matter how hard you work, it is never enough. Even a 30-minute early logout becomes an issue, and unplanned leaves are treated like a crime — apparently employees are expected to predict when they will fall sick. There is constant pressure, lack of direct communication, and zero appreciation. Working in this team was honestly frustrating and draining.
