Unnecessary paperwork that takes up working time (it's honestly turned into a humiliation ritual atp if yk yk).
Management with obvious favorites.
Resellers can be horrible people and will try to make you the bad guy for doing your job (not all resellers ofc but a good chunk regardless).
Crazy unrealistic expectations sometimes.
Not everyone wants to sign up for loyalty for many reasons regardless of how many times you ask and try and yet if you miss a few you're the one in trouble.
