its a nice environment, and with the right people its really really fun to work. plus, with all the discounts and perks you get as an employee you get some awesome merch for a pretty good price
Cons
if you're a little on the introverted side, you might have some trouble getting used to the environment if this is going to be your first job. with retail or even like a fast food type environment, you're going to be talking to a lot of people throughout your shift, so you introverts might get your social batteries drained
