Pros
Some of the pros of working here are that there's plenty of opportunities to advance in your career and to sharpen your knowledge between the online training and the in-person classes. I've grown so much as a tech sense I've taken this job and the management has done a great job of being understanding and patient of our new techs that don't have nearly as much experience as some of our older techs. the job also has some great benefits, and the pay is more than fair and there are a lot of incentives if you choose to work for them. the shop conditions are amazing, this isn't your dark and dingy shop they keep the place extremely and keep all the equipment working. overall, this is a great place to work, and I know they are always look for techs that are looking to get after it and get jobs done
Cons
the workload is a lot and can be daunting at times and its hard work but if you keep going don't worry about it, it always gets done
