great place to work for - Parts Specialist Boyer Trucks Employee Review

I was brought on by Boyer Trucks in May 2022 and I am so happy that I accepted their offer. They are a great company to work for and they give you all the tools and support that you need to be successful. Ongoing training opportunities are almost limitless and they really invest in their employees and are concerned about their well being. I have recommended Boyer to many friends and family as it is a great place to work!

To be fair my experience with Boyer has been great!

Nothing good to say about.

Managers are bipolar, will yell at you for asking questions, offer them advice and they’ll tell you to not teach them how to do their job. They’ll take customer accounts away from you and give them to veteran sales reps. Not welcoming towards new salespeople. Definition of toxic workplace environment.
