Pros
This is truly a great company to work for, also very advanced. The hiring process (aside from your basic interviews) was like nothing I had ever seen, it was mostly via email and required immediate attention as it is time sensitive. HR is very helpful and quick to respond if you have any issues. The benefits offered to employees are phenomenal. The insurance isn't terribly high and if you qualify for it (I myself have the HDHP) you'll receive $500 from Brady to help pay for your medical expenses. You can also buy (up to) an extra week of vacation, which is a nice option to have. Employees are given vouchers to go towards the purchase of steel-toe shoes and prescription safety glasses if needed. With most companies you can purchase shirts/jackets/hoodies while Brady generously offers them to you. I personally love the group that I'm with, from higher management to co-workers everyone is friendly and looks out for one another. I'm very thankful for this job and I recommend it to anyone. P.S. Being hired on is based on you. If attendance and work ethic is good, you will be hired on after 3 months. The starting rate is at $12 an hour once you become a Brady employee.
Cons
While I'm appreciative of askHR, it would be nice to have an on-site representative. It can be frustrating at times to talk about certain topics via email. It is nice to have a person that you can connect with in person and I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels this way.
