Business Outlook
Pros
Company is very transparent. They regularly update you on their performance and make sure you are aware of the company progress as well as our bonus indication. Benefits are satisfactory. Salary is according to market rate. Not much stress, work is adequately balanced. Colleagues are nice and helpful. HR process is systematic.
Cons
Doesn't have work from home policy. More companies are moving towards this direction. Bonding between teams and bosses are not that strong. Most of us are just colleagues / subordinate relationship instead of "Friend" relationship.
