Pros

Upper management values work-life balance. I am thankful to work for a company that provides a comfortable space for nursing mothers and understands the importance of being with your children when they are sick. I work with genuinely nice people at Brady!

Cons

You are allowed to take the full 12 weeks of maternity leave but only six weeks are paid. Fortunately, Brady pays 100% of your salary for those six weeks.
