- Commissions not paid out on large deals and the rules governing them is retroactively changed in the benefit of the company. - Upper management is out of touch with modern business practices, which filters down to the bottom in very negative ways. - Company does not care about helping employees grow in their careers, nor is there a lot of opportunity for start employees to get promoted. - Company just did a mass layoff because of tanking sales (simplification), but kept a lot of the people in power (most of upper management) who led the company down the wrong road in the first place.
