      My pros are based on my work history. As I've been in a Sales/Graphics role for approximately 8 years prior to joining Brady, I'm recharged and happy to be solely in a graphics role again.

      Cons

      SAP training should be the first thing implemented. Without it, the experience can be unnecessarily stressful.
