      Pros

      Anyone in the customer service department and even a level above the CSRs are amazing people to work with! Flexible with personal life.

      Cons

      Anyone above the 2nd level has no leadership, direction or sense of what is going on...EVER! There's no room for growth and they pay new CSRs more than other CSRs that have been there for years!
