Friendly people; open to new ideas; pay was good, with typical benefits available from start; had a small-company feel to it; able to travel globally if desired; good work/life balance
Cons
Leadership going through big changes, reorganization happening; playing catch up in some markets; haven't figured out Lean/Agile development for products yet (similar to other non-software companies trying to do this)
