We were disappointed to read this review and learn you feel this way. I would have embraced the opportunity to do this face to face. As CSO, it is my responsibility to make sure that the sales organization is carrying out the company strategy. The company decided to move to focus on the sales readiness space. My job was and is to align and prepare a sales organization that can execute on that strategy. Not everyone is going to agree with a new strategy. Change is difficult. We have carried out that strategy and we have now seen record quarter over quarter growth. We have tried to be as transparent as possible sharing our recent wins, conducting All Hands Sales meetings, Town Halls, breakfast feedback sessions and recently added a new future leaders program. My hope is that you have been able to participate in some or all of these and your experience has changed. We are always striving to do better and would welcome your feedback in person so it can be addressed. We want all of our employees to feel valued and have a positive experience.
