Cons
Where to begin? The company has been around for 14 years. Most of the leadership team has been with the company for the same amount of time. They have not enriched themselves in any way. Their arrogance is off the charts. They seem to re-brand themselves every year instead of trying to identify where the problems are. It's almost as is the whole point of the company is just to tread water; there is a pervasive complacency. When the President was promoted into his current position; he started walking around campus like the quarterback on the high school football team. The leadership team is unwilling and unable to receive thoughts from anyone but the inner circle. Their development organization is a mess. Naturally its lead by incompetence they have continually promoted into failure. This person embodies complacency. Running windows 2003 server is a strategic advantage because you don't have to patch it anymore. They continually push features and leave the production support team to hold together the hot mess with bailing wire and duck tape. Of course, when the inevitable failure comes, they literally get yelled at.
