Pros
Dalco is all about training so if you like to learn and progress your personal knowledge this is a good place to start, also if you become friends with management you will be promoted without the proper skills needed for the job so you can fast track to the top.
Cons
they make promises but then refuse to write it on a formal document then when it is time for them to deliver they back track and or straight up lie and claim they didn't make any promises. they also tell you to your face how great of an employee you are then behind your back they tell other employees how useless you are and how much they don't like you. they also shuffle employees around different positions every other month which creates a communication barrier and very difficult to know who is in charge. alcohol and cocaine are a HUGE issue at the shop, but even worse in the field.
