Everything else prevents you from achieving success. Upper mgmt is a joke. Theyre there for one reason and one reason only, Themselves. They'll look at you in the eye and lie straight to your face all the while telling their colleagues something completly opposite. No back bone in any of them. All squirrels. And if youre not in the"boys club" hang it up. You'll never survive.
