Pros
Brandeis offers a low stress, relaxing environment (compared to corporate), and a nice benefits package including many vacation days and holidays, along with additional days off given at the President's discretion. Flexible work weeks in the summer months and a low pressure atmosphere provide for a good work place.
Cons
- Lower pay than a corporate environment is expected at Brandeis, perhaps even lower than comparable institutions in the area.
