Pros
Wonderful students and student workers. Top notch faculty. Pleasant campus. Accessible to public transit via commuter rail. Ample employee parking. Used to have good retirement plan.
Cons
In Library / IT merged department, significant problems. Though some issues come with change in economy and overall financial woes of university, much could have been done to ease the burden on staff through considerate communication and competent planning.
