Working at Brandman University is real good! I received my M.B.A from Brandman while working. The tuition benfits are real good and you can get promoted quick. There are alot of opportunities to Move Up. I took on new tasks with doing creative marketing and when I didn't like it I gave the workload to my coworker so you can try out new things. Management is considerate about hours. You can change your hours to fit your schedule. I have flexible lunch hours and get to leave work early. Workload is light. Not much to do and when you get more work you can use it to get a raise. You can hang around and talk about tv shows, family events, sports.
