Never work anywhere near you're home. Office personnel seemed to think they were better than hourly employees. No vacation unless the superintendent was decent enough to pay you. Work from daylight to dark and sunday was just another workday. When you are out of town working, superintendents make you feel like they will replace you if you refuse to work every weekend.
