What Once Was a Great Structure is Slowly Crumbling

Pros

There are some good people that really do care. Benefits are well given the change in healthcare and the size of the organization. Other locations may be run differently so only Orlando is spoken of. Charitable organization.

Cons

Demanding hours, which is part of the industry. Favoritism by Senior management runs rapid. If you do not fit their ideal mold you will never be accepted or treated equally. Middle management, some who have never worked anywhere else or ever managed a team, feel they can treat people with disrespect and get away with it and they do because they are part of the click of senior management. Each office runs their own agenda most of the time on board with each other but Orlando has their own agenda and does not conform with other offices causing diversity among the company and employees. Female employees, in certain positions, are favorites to Sr. Male management which is obvious by all employees but never spoken about. Female administrators do not receive the credit they deserve given their tasks. Bullying by management is the norm and credit is either taken, never given or is only acknowledged if you demand it.

Dead End for Women

Pros

Time-off policies inconsistent but fairly lenient. All professional offices and no cubicles. Close to restaurants.

Cons

Unfair pay and opportunities for women. Job titles for women's positions are lowered from similar positions held by men doing the same or lesser tasks. Allowed and encouraged to take on more work and more responsibility but never compensated for any additional contribution.
