Pros
I was able to learn a lot about the industry and develop skills that would prove useful later in my career. The workplace environment is "friendly" and there is a since of community within the company. HR is friendly and quick to respond to questions.
Cons
I was not given many challenging or meaningful tasks and my skills and abilities were not used. While there is a since of community, you have to be a part of the "club" to experience those benefits. If you fit their mold or type, the company is great, but if you don't, expect to feel like an outcast. Very little diversity. Most of the women and minorities hold lesser positions.
