Pros

The supervisors and management are great people to work with. Always willing to help you. The company offers great incentives, such as the ability to create your own schedule. One of the highest paying hourly collections positions. The company always tries to stay involved and help the community with volunteering or being apart of different walks to raise awareness.

Cons

The system they use is old and outdated. The customers you speak with are extremely rude. The phone systems are always having issues.

Pros

Offers great work like balance. Great benefits.

Cons

Limited promotion opportunities depending on department. Company seems to be headed in a direction they’ll be having another mass layoff to expand global partnerships which is causing a lot of worry for US employees.

Pros

There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

Cons

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
