Choice of working from home, in office or hybrid. Amazing benefits Super flexible if you are salary Great company culture that realizes you have a family and are not just a butt in a seat Hard work is rewarded and lots of room for development and learning new things if you want to, but also okay to be honest that you just want to work your 40 and focus on your family if that is where you are in life.

Cons

Work. I would rather be rich sitting on my own private island, but alas I am not. Also, if you come in from a retail banking background, it is glaringly obvious that they didn't really know what they were doing when they decided to start offering deposit accts. They marketed to the wealthy, but the customer service people clearly have zero understanding of the kind of service wealthy people expect and the kind of transactions a wealthy person would do on a regular basis so they freak out, freeze the account, take weeks to resolve it, and then lose the wealthy client. Some of the system notes are really cringe worthy, esp when you see that if they had just Googled the person they would have had a lightbulb moment.

Offers great work like balance. Great benefits.

Cons

Limited promotion opportunities depending on department. Company seems to be headed in a direction they’ll be having another mass layoff to expand global partnerships which is causing a lot of worry for US employees.

There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

Cons

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
