Pros

The culture here seems to put a good amount of emphasis on healthy work-life balance which was excellent. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Lots of public commendations between team members, including managers. My manager in particular was excellent to work with and really knew what he was doing. Has an interesting set of internal tooling for developers to use that made running the entire ecosystem in your own environment relatively easy.

Cons

The work coming in was a little slow at times. There seems to be a lot of leadership changes in the short time I worked there, though these could be attributed to expected growing pains from the merger with ADS. Some of the internal tooling could use some love, seems like maybe there aren't as many dedicated resources focusing on their maintenance.

Pros

There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

Cons

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
