      Consistent bonus. Fair pay. Work from home

      Cons

      Lost me once worksite closed for in person work. Not enough engagement with employees. No longer feel welcomed. If you want to be treated with dignity, this is no longer the place to be.

      Thanks for sharing your perspective! We've been consistently asking our associates about their work environment preferences quarterly in recent years as the pandemic has waned. Our data tells us associates want to continue to work from home and find other ways to interact with one another. Engagement is still critical and we offer a lot of resource groups, on-demand exercise classes, team chats, company meetings, events, and community involvement to keep connected to one another. If you're genuinely interested in returning to an onsite position, please contact your supervisor to discuss a possible arrangement.

      Pros

      There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

      Cons

      The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
