Pros
Volunteers are amazing and incredibly generous with time and money. Marketing team is strong, and there are certain staff that are really top notch.
Cons
Current environment is very stressful as donations are down. Despite this Senior management Expects double digit annual increases in revenue and nothing to back up up how to get there. When fundraisers can't deliver they quickly cite nonperformance -- Crazy turnover across the board. Unethical pocket lining at highest level is concerning.
