      Pros

      JDRF offers flexible hours and all staff are friendly. There are no lines of hierarchy and staff are comfortable sharing thoughts and ideas with one another.

      Office layout could be improved to encourage lines of communication.

      really good work life balance, no working overtime and no micromanaging (prob because im an intern). only have to go to office 2 times a week
