      Small org. If you can make a sound business proposal, often projects are given the "green light" which is great if you're someone who wants to gain more experience.

      Cons

      Flat structure - not a lot of room for advancement.

      Pros

      really good work life balance, no working overtime and no micromanaging (prob because im an intern). only have to go to office 2 times a week
