Cons
There is absolutely no transparency. Employees are often confused by what is going on in the organizational structure, with policies and procedures, etc. If you ask too many questions you're considered insubordinate. If you don't ask enough you're "dropping the ball." The turnover rate is high. There are too many egos in leadership.
