Disappointing Experience - Turned Me Off To Non-Profits - Anonymous employee Breakthrough T1D Employee Review

Poor leadership/very unprofessional - knew of issues and did nothing about it. Good employees were scrutinized while poor performing employees just existed. Very stressful work environment if you were trying to do your job well. Most of the money goes to Senior Management instead of to "the cause". Very disturbing and turned me off to non-profits.
