      Pros

      Positive working environment, normal work hours and have opportunities to join in the community activities. Children really can get help and hope from the foundation.

      Cons

      Ineffective computer system, hard to find available parking lot. Some children have to wait a long time to get help

      really good work life balance, no working overtime and no micromanaging (prob because im an intern). only have to go to office 2 times a week
