Poor Leadership, lack of cooperation amoung departments - Anonymous employee Breakthrough T1D Employee Review

Very poor organizational structure, causing a lot of inefficiencies. There is very poor leadership in National, and chapter turnover is extremely high. Top leaders are very stuck in their ways and do not welcome new ideas. There is no sense of comraderie in National. Every man for himself, regardless of for the better good of the org. The blame game is a big thing here.
